| The Peterson Family of 5 have moved from the city to a farm in the new Western frontier and are perfectly dressed for their country life style. I would like to introduce you to the Peterson family:
Dave a city boy, it was hard for him to uproot his family and move West to farm. It was one thing to take his savings to try something new and buy into the bakery when he and Lucy first married. Now, after uprooting his family to move West he was confounded by everything.............
Lucy says, when Dave said he was thinking of selling his share of the small bakery to buy his uncle's farm out West, she had never been so excited or scared. She had always dreamed of living in the country, but would she make a good farmer's wife.....................
Kristen says life on the prairie keeps her busy every day with chores, but what she loves best is the little one room schoolhouse and singing in church................
Karl says being on the farm is his favorite thing. He loves caring for the animals and helping with the chores. His parents were worried about him adjusting to farm life, now they worried about his lack of attention to school...............
Baby Katie was born out West and her parents affectionately call her their Prairie Chick. Sunny and warm and always being clucked over............
