This collection incorporates many different styles, Victorian, Eclectic, Federal, New England, and Contemporary. Doll houses range from a large 13 room Victorian dollhouse to a one room country church. Classic features for this series are; pre-assembled windows and doors, movable room dividers that accept standard doors, molded railing and porch posts, and wooden shingles for the roof. Floor to ceiling height is 9" to 10" depending on the house style. These doll houses come in only one style finish for easy selection. Wonderful 1" scale house kits for the adult collector or for children's play.
Each kit has sturdy construction with 3/8" thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. All upper floors are 3/8" thick. Step-by-step instruction with detailed drawings are included with each kit.
