Real Good Toys Dollhouse Kits Junior Series
The Junior Series dollhouse kits have the same quality workmanship and are styled for any age group. Kits include everything you need to finish as shown in the pictures (excluding shutters, paint, glue, and tools). You will find several different styles to choose from, Victorians, Farmhouses, Cottages, & Mansard with front-opening, side-opening or back opening features. Several of these doll houses have expansion options. Upper floors are 3/8" thick and floor to ceiling height is 9". Mostly the kits come in milled MDF (MM), a few may also be ordered as milled plywood (MP). Houses are sized for the standard 1" scale doll house furniture. They may be wired for lighting.
