How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Miniature items are set up as if the customer purchase of a single item. The purchase of multiple items, due to their size, may give you a false shipping charge. If that is the case and you are grossly over-charged for shipping, we will make a shipping cost correction on your order prior to shipping. USPS shipping is calculated on weight for packages less than 12 inches in length. Over 12 inches in length both USPS and UPS calculate rates on size of box and weight.
PLEASE NOTE: Items shipping to a APO address will be charged an additional $10 handling fee for processing. (APO addresses are treated as 'International orders' with Customs forms attached and have to be hand delivered to the Post Office for processing.)
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Returns:
A Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) is needed prior to returning an item. 
 Contact us within 15 days of receiving you item (Christmas Exception) to receive a return Merchandise Authorization (MRA).  At that time you will receive information on where to return the item.

If your item is eligible for return. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. (except in cases of defect or damage) It is suggested that items over $50 be shipped UPS insured. USPS shipping insurance is also recommended. Returns after a total of 30 days will not be accepted. Exception Christmas gifts. The return time is extended to the end of January.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 15 days of receiving you item (Christmas Exception) to receive a return Merchandise Authorization (MRA).  Unauthorized returns will be refused or charged an additional 15% Fee. Returned Items receive a 20% restocking fee and you will receive store credit for the remainder of the purchase amount of the item returned. (Excluding Shipping - shipping cost are non-refundable)  Returned merchandise must be received by us IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION within 15 days after receiving the MRA. (original condition means Not Remove from the manufactures packaging, Items easily removed from their box, should still have tags attached, not have been played with or used.  Collectibles need to be repackaged in the same manner as received and returned with all the certificates and accessories they arrive with). Large items such as doll houses are shipped to you directly and may only be returned due to defect or damage in shipping.  They will be replaced with the same item.  A MRA is needed from us for that return.

Defected Items, may be returned as soon as the defect is found within a 30 day period and will replaced without additional charge. If replacement is not possible
-full refund will be issued. RMA required.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
